I would highly recommend Nick for your roofing needs. He was very responsive, kept me updated on the progress and great attitude. Very energetic and can tell he loves what he does. We talked on a Saturday and when he came out for the quote, he jumped right on the roof with us to help remove the shingles (without even having the job). He had the job later that day and came back yet that night to get started. By Monday night he had the entire project (shed) complete. Since the shingles were already removed and the roof was bare, he wanted to get it shingled before the rains came. Will definitely remember Nick next time we have a roofing project.

After it rained for about 4 days we had a leak in the kitchen so I called Nick and he came over , he made sure the ceiling was secure. Then he checked the roof and the attic ,he figured it out right away .He gave us a quote and told us what had to be done. He walked us through the whole process.we hired him to replace our roof. He kept us in the loop every step of the way. When it came time to install the roof he brought a great crew, they started first thing in the morning and didn't stop until they were finished. When they finished they cleaned up so good it was better than when they started. I would definitely recommend CDO Home Solutions.

I called CDO Home Solutions late Monday about wind damage to some facia and soffet vent on the back of my house. From past experience with others, I wasn't expecting that anyone could come for days or weeks. But, Nick answered right away and was very patient with me as I tried to explain the the damage. Then he surprised me by saying he would stop by first thing in the morning to check it out. When he came he thoroughly examined the damage and even the entire roof to make sure there was no additional damage I wasn't able to see from the ground. He clearly explained everything he needed to do and the cost. Again, he surprised me when he offered to do the work right away because of his concern for further damage that might be caused from the new winter storm expected the next day. The work he did was excellent! It looks like the damage never even happened! I found Nick to be a very personable, easy to talk to, kind person whose concern for the homes of his customers is exceptional. That, together with his true skill and reasonable prices encourages me to highly recommend him to anyone needing his services. I know I will call him again!

Experiencing heavy rain these last few days (September 22nd, 2021) I frantically started calling contractors for an emergency visit around 5pm when I noticed my ceiling was bubbling/leaking from my living room. Due to it being so late everything was closed so I left a message on several answering machines. Nick/CDO was the only one that called me back that day. I had my ladder and tarp ready to tarp my roof myself to prevent anymore damage and Nick called me as soon as I was about to get up on the roof and told me he was 20 minutes away and he could come out and do it. I’m not a roofer, I’ve never been up on a roof let alone in the pouring rain.. I’m very happy he responded so quickly and showed up quickly & was even working a little after dark. He inspected the roof, tarped what needed to be tarped, took pictures of several spots and sent me the pictures for future use, told me what to expect from the insurance company, & even set me up with another roofer who worked with insurance. He’s affordable, very genuine, professional, and showed compassion. I highly recommend him for any services he provides! 9/23/21

Major rain storm my kitchen started leaking. Ugh Nick came out & took a look, ran to the store & got it patched up for me DURING THE RAIN STORM and said he will return tomorrow to check to make sure it's OK until I can get it fixed proper. This guy braved thunderstorm & tornado watches to stop this leak from taking over. I highly recommend him! Thanks Nick! I will definitely be having him back for more repairs soon! Old houses need a LOT of TLC! UPDATE: Returned the next day to ensure it was patched well due to doing it in the middle of a storm. Even extended the patch for security. Thank you! Your amazing!
